G. Matthew Stermer, B.Sc., CPA
(Formerly) Director,  Nike Inc.

A graduate of Oregon State University, Matt’s remarkable career in sales for Nike Inc. spans over 13 years and five continents. During this time, he served as Nike’s Director of Sales, Northern Europe; Director of Sales Operations, Europe, Middle East & Africa; Director of Operations, Global Sports Marketing; Director of Sales Operations, America’s; National Sales Operations Manager, USA; Sales Operations Manager, USA - West Region and Sales Financial Manager, USA.

He was integral in developing Nike’s sales force automation in North America and Europe and spearheading its B2B evolution and initial online B2B e-Commerce channels. Working in the Americas and Europe, Matt developed the Sales Operations function to provide operational leadership to Nike’s Sales Divisions. He played a key role in the creation and implementation of Nike’s selective distribution policies in Europe and contributed to Nike’s supply chain integration and buying group business model alignment projects. While in Global Sports Marketing, he introduced a form planning process surrounding the leveraging of endorsement and license rights associated with the licensed properties.

Prior to working with Nike, Matt was a Senior Auditor with Deloitte & Touche in Portland, Oregon.


Leo Commandeur

VP Business Development, Global Water Resources

Raised in Nelson, BC, Leo Commandeur attended Selkirk College where he studied accounting and business. Mr. Commandeur then further studied accounting through the society of management accountants or CMA Association. Leo then spent several years in public accounting practice then branched out into the private sector.

In 1991, Mr. Commandeur co-founded Visionary Solution Corporation, an information technology company with offices in Seattle, Vancouver, Calgary, and Victoria. As the CFO and Director of that company, Mr. Commandeur led its growth and strategic direction. Subsequently, the company was taken public on a Canadian stock exchange and eventually sold in 1998 to a Norwegian public company. In 2003, Mr. Commandeur co-founded Global Water Resources, LLC and as V.P. Business Development of Global Water Resources, LLC. Leo has been a resident of Arizona for the past 5 years.

Todd Hilditch, B.Sc.
President, Terraco Gold Corp.

Mr. Hilditch is a management consultant and has been President of Terraco Gold Corp. since its inception in 1995. Todd directs the day-to-day operations of Terraco’s principal business of mining exploration. He is responsible for all aspects of capital raising, negotiations and acquisitions - as well as broader managerial duties. Previously a financial planner at Albany Financial Group in Albany, NY, Todd brings a wealth of financial and business planning acumen to our Board.

Todd graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1992, Bachelor of Science in Management, Finance Major and is listed in Who’s Who of American Universities and Colleges.

An exceptional athlete, Todd was drafted by the Washington Capital 168th overall in the 1988 NHL Entry Draft and formerly played with Sunne IK, Division 1 in Sweden.

Don Towner, Harvard Alumni - AMP
(Formerly) Vice President TELUS - Business Transformation

Mr. Towner is an experienced senior leader with a strong reputation and proven success in delivering in high performance cultures designed to contribute directly to operational and financial objectives. He is a recognized change leader with substantial experience in operations with emphasis on organizational integration, performance management and employee engagement, process improvement and productivity initiatives.

Don has worked most recently at the Executive level with TELUS, responsible for programs reporting directly to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Along with being a Harvard Alumni - AMP 2002, he has recently completed the Executive Human Resources Program at Michigan University, along with specific TELUS educational senior leadership training developed and delivered in conjunction with Western Ivey Business School, Insead and Rotman Business Schools from 2006 - 2008..

Not only does Don bring a wealth of business knowledge, he also is active in the community recently serving on the Organizing Committee Board and executed the Director or Tournament Operations role for the 2008 ILF Men’s U-19 World Field Lacrosse Championships. Currently Don is a long standing member of the BC Lions Community Board.

Cameron Robb
Co-Founder & CEO, On4 Communications, Inc. / PetsMobility, Inc.

Cameron Robb co-founded PetsMobility in June 2004. Mr. Robb has been acting Chief Executive Officer for both PetsMobility and On4 Communications, Inc., and in doing so he continues to lead both companies with structure, business relationships, and is striving to make On4 a leading participant in the Location Based Service Industry.

Prior to On4 Communications, Cameron worked as a management consultant for a variety of companies in diversified industries, including Entertainment, Technology, Energy, and Consumer Products. The consulting services he has provided were at an executive level for both private and publicly held companies reporting on the NYSE.

Prior to consulting, Cameron held the position of CEO/President and Co-Founder of a North American entertainment and licensing company. He was instrumental in developing the company's brand and business over an eight-year period. He has assisted companies with financing, developed International Sales Programs, created innovative marketing strategies, and has helped develop several corporations into successful businesses.

Currently Cameron serves as a Board Member for On4 Communications and is an advisory board member for several companies. Mr. Robb is on the Advisory Board to the Canada Arizona Business Council and a proud mentor to Arizona State University under their Technopolis Program which was established to help ASU become a more responsive, faster-paced, entrepreneurial and outcome-based university

Dave Cutler, B.A., B.Ed.
Jim Pattison Broadcast Group

Dave Cutler is a Simon Fraser University graduate, and was an all-star place kicker with the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League.

After playing 16 years with the Eskimos, Cutler is the team’s all time point scorer with 2237 and a nine-time CFL scoring champion. He was an all-star 4 times and a member of 6 Grey Cup winning teams, including an essential part of their great winning dynasty (1978 to 1982).

Cutler is a member of the Canadian Football Hall of Fame, and currently lives in Victoria, BC where he has worked as an independent Media and Marketing consultant in Television, Radio, Newspaper, Internet Sales Management and various Executive positions for the past 28 Years.

Dr. Rob Scott, MD, CCFP
CEO, Treatment Inc.

Dr. Rob Scott is Firstar’s technical advisor and CEO of a clinical medical services company, Treatment Inc. which offers a new technology to patients which puts the patient in charge of their own personal health record (PHR). Dr. Scott is a considered expert on exercise fitness, cardiac rehab and weight management and he and his company form an impressive team of experts in all these disciplines.


James Harper
McDonald’s Owner Operator

Mr. James Harper enjoyed a distinguished 34 year career with McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada, having grown with the organization from front-line crew member, through Operations Manager, to Head of Worldwide Training, Learning & Development in Oak Brook, Illinois. He received a McDonald’s Corporation Presidents’ award for his work spearheading the re-design of the training curriculum for Western Canada – an annual honour reserved for the top 1% of employees in the organization. In his various leadership roles in Training and Development he oversaw the implementation of a core management curriculum in over 100 countries in 28 languages, an e-Learning initiative in 6 languages, and provided consultation to the 7 Hamburger Universities located worldwide. James recently received recognition as a Golden Arch Partner, an award reserved for those employees with exceptional lifetime accomplishments. Mr. Harper and his wife currently oversee 7 McDonald’s locations in the lower mainland. James has also taken on the role as Chair of the Technology Leadership Board for McDonald’s Canada. Mr. Harper is also an active supporter of the Vancouver Ronald McDonald House which provides accommodation for children and their families when receiving treatment in medical facilities away from their communities.

Brodie Mulholland

In over 20 years of practice, Brodie Mulholland has had extensive experience in business law and related business issues. Mr. Mulholland has served as Vice-President and General/Corporate Counsel for Boston Pizza International Inc. In his time at Boston Pizza, Mr. Mulholland oversaw all legal aspects of the organization’s expansion into Eastern Canada and the U.S.A.
