Purchase Returns

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with any purchase that you make from Firstar Sports, Inc. please read our Return Policy for information on refunds and return shipping instructions.

Return Policy

We will not authorize the return of any merchandise after 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns must include the original proof of receipt. In the event that you need to return part of your order, please call for a "return authorization number". No goods will be accepted without a return authorization number clearly marked on the exterior packaging of the return.

Please ensure all packages being returned for refund or exchange are clearly marked "GOODS PURCHASED BEING RETURNED". We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

**Items must be unworn and unwashed. Under no circumstances will we be able to accept a used item as a return.

On all orders where free shipping is included, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. In the event of an exchange, the exchanged item will not have free shipping.

All US returns must be shipped via ground and prepaid using the USA Post Office. Returns shipped by UPS or any other means may be refused. We are unable to call tag returns or pay for the shipping of a return.
