I am not comfortable submitting my credit card information online, what are my options?

All credit card information that is submitted through our website goes through our secure server and is encrypted for your confidentiality. You can learn more about our site security here. If you are still uncomfortable, you have the option of placing your order in your Shopping Cart and phoning us with your credit card information. We can be reached by telephone at 1-800-688-3020 from 9:00 to 5:00 (PST), Monday to Friday.

What credit cards does Firstar Sports accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy with proof of original receipt.

How can I be sure that I am ordering the right size?

Firstar Sports prides itself in our long standing customer service. Consequently we will do everything in our power to ensure you are fitted properly for your clothing. If you are still unsure of the correct size to order, please e-mail us at info@firstarsports.com, or call us toll free at 1-800-688-3020.

Warrantees

All warranty items must receive a Return Authorization number (RA no.) issued by Firstar (or Firstar Sports Inc.). The customer is responsible for all shipping costs: shipping the product back to us and the return shipping to the customer. Warranty items shipped without an RA no. will not be accepted. The basic warranty policy is repair or replace at our discretion. Our word is final on warranty decisions. As the local rep or head office must decide on what does and does not qualify for warranty, any return item may take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to be warranted. If the item is not deemed as a warranty, the original item will be shipped back to the customer C.O.D.
